Listen to Rosebrook School's song, 'Sow Those Seeds'

Telling the Bees is our new year-round community project, currently in its pilot year - watch the slide presentation above to find out all about it! One Year: 4 schools, 8 beehives, 6 beekeepers, 4 pollinator gardens, 4 community food schools, and more than 150 hours of music, dance, song, art, beekeeping, gardening, cooking and craft - all to help young people in Teesside and County Durham get closer to nature, make a difference to the environment, unleash their creativity, and learn to love healthy eating.

If you are a business and would like to find out more about sponsoring a school to take part in the project, please email joaniecrump@hartlepoolfolkfest.co.uk

Many thanks to Tees Valley combined authority, who are supporting the project through the Festival Scale-up Programme, to Thirteen Housing Group and to the Fishermans Arms, Hartlepool.
