One consistent bit of feedback we get is that there aren't enough places on the Headland to sit down and have a meal, or just meet up with friends for a coffee and a bit of cake. So we're making one!

 

We have a brand new Food and Craft Village this year, based in the Headland Sports Hall. It's right around the corner from the main festival site - the building actually adjoins the Borough Hall, our mainstage venue. There will be plenty of tables and chairs inside, with hot food vendors situated directly outside the entrance. Grab your meal, come in and relax. No matter the weather (though we've ordered lots of sunshine, just like last year!) it will be a perfect place to pause, re-fuel and catch your breath. Our brewery partner, Three Brothers, will supply a real ale bar.

 

Craft traders will be sited in the hall to add to the atmosphere of eating, drinking and browsing - there will even be some pop-up performances through the day!
