Our site at the National Museum of the Royal Navy is very friendly to those with additional needs. Facilities include:

Lots of free parking on site, including disabled bays near to the entrance

There is restricted access to the Children’s Adventure Playship, top deck of the P.S.S. Wingfield Castle and the lowest deck of HMS Trincomalee. None of the Festival’s programmed activities take place in these areas.

The Borough Hall on Hartlepool’s historic Headland is fully accessible. There is a lift to the upstairs spaces, but mainstage performances will be accessed by the ground floor level.

Please notify us if you require a wheelchair space or any assistance. Carers’ tickets are available to visitors who are registered disabled. Please let us know if you need to bring a carer.
